Merlot is probably one of the varieties that has best adapted to the slopes of the Euganean Hills. Easy to make, just as easy to make it ordinary.

Character and edges. If Merlot is softness, Cabernet Sauvignon is roughness. It takes time to appreciate it.
With red meats and aged cheeses.

Younger brother of Cabernet Sauvignon, but no less valuable for that. Tannic and vegetal, excellent for roasts.

A skillful blend of the three Cabernets: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Carmenere, combining the liveliness and elegance of the different grapes.
For meats and aged cheeses.

Carbonic maceration gives this wine, although light-bodied, unmistakable aromas. Light, suitable for the whole meal, perfect with chestnuts and sweet potatoes
